1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the PanditZee mobile app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Services Provided

PanditZee is a platform that enables users to:

• Book Pandits for pujas and religious ceremonies
• Access astrology, numerology, vastu, tarot, and related services
• Make secure payments for these services

⚠️ Note: PanditZee acts only as a technology facilitator, connecting users with Pandits and service providers. We do not personally perform the services.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and booking details
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse the platform (spamming, fraud, abusive behavior, etc.)

4. Booking and Payments

• All bookings depend on the availability of Pandits/service providers.
• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay/Apple In-App Purchases.
• PanditZee does not store your payment card or bank details.
• Cancellation and refund policies (if any) will be shown before completing a booking.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Users may cancel bookings as per the cancellation terms shown during booking.
• Refund eligibility depends on service status and provider policies.
• PanditZee reserves the right to refuse refunds for already completed services.

6. Limitation of Liability

PanditZee only facilitates connections and is not responsible for the conduct, quality, or outcome of services provided by Pandits or partners.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disputes between users and Pandits. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PanditZee disclaims all liability for damages resulting from use of the app or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software related to PanditZee are owned by Ubikon Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. Users are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Termination

PanditZee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or illegal activity
• Misuse the app or harm other users

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the app and website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
