• Location Data (5.1.5 requirement): Approximate or precise location when you allow access. Used only to suggest nearby Pandits and services. Not stored permanently or shared with third parties.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address (for analytics and security).
• Usage Data: Interactions within the app (e.g., booking history, consultation requests).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide booking and consultation services.
• Connect you with nearby Pandits and spiritual service providers.
• Process and confirm payments securely.
• Send notifications and reminders about bookings, puja dates, and festivals.
• Improve app performance, user experience, and security.
• Provide customer support and resolve issues.

3. Location Services (Apple 5.1.5 Compliance)

• Location access is optional.
• You will see a permission prompt before we access location.
• We use location only while you are using the app to suggest nearby Pandits and services.
• Location data is not stored permanently, and we do not share it with advertisers or unauthorized third parties.
• If you do not grant permission, you can still use the app with limited functionality.

We use secure servers and industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data. Sensitive data such as payments are handled by trusted third-party providers (Razorpay/UPI/Stripe/etc.). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone.

• With Pandits/service providers you book, to fulfill your request.
